Develops and deploys agentic AI systems, building autonomous agents and workflows that operate within business processes.
Owns end-to-end applied ML work for enterprise recommendation system deployments, adapting foundation models and building production ML workflows at scale.
Spun out of MIT CSAIL, we build general-purpose AI systems that run efficiently across deployment targets, from data center accelerators to on-device hardware, ensuring low latency, minimal memory usage, privacy, and reliability. We partner with enterprises across consumer electronics, automotive, life sciences, and financial services. We are scaling rapidly and need exceptional people to help us get there.
This is a rare chance to apply frontier sequential recommendation architectures to real enterprise problems at scale. You will own applied ML work end-to-end for recommendation system workloads, adapting Liquid Foundation Models for customers who need personalization and ranking capabilities that run efficiently under production constraints.
Unlike most recommendation roles that are siloed into a single product surface, this role gives you full ownership over how large-scale recommendation models are adapted, evaluated, and deployed for enterprise customers. Between engagements, you will build reusable applied tooling and workflows that accelerate future delivery.
If you care about data quality at scale, user behavior modeling, and making recommendation systems actually work in enterprise production environments, this is the role.
We need someone who:
Takes ownership: Owns customer recommendation system engagements end-to-end, from requirements through delivery and evaluation.
Thinks at scale: Can reason about user interaction data, sequential modeling, feature engineering, and evaluation across large-scale production systems.
Is pragmatic: Optimizes for measurable customer outcomes (engagement, conversion, revenue lift) over theoretical novelty.
Communicates clearly: Can translate between customer business metrics and internal technical decisions, and push back when needed.
Act as the technical owner for enterprise customer engagements involving recommendation and ranking workloads
Translate customer requirements into concrete specifications for recommendation models
Design and execute data pipelines for user interaction data, feature engineering, and training data curation at scale
Fine-tune and adapt large-scale sequential recommendation models (e.g., HSTU-style architectures) for customer-specific use cases
Design task-specific evaluations for recommendation model performance (ranking quality, latency, throughput) and interpret results
Build reusable applied tooling and workflows that accelerate future customer engagements
Must-have:
Hands-on experience building or fine-tuning recommendation models at scale (not just off-the-shelf collaborative filtering)
Experience with sequential recommendation architectures, user behavior modeling, or large-scale ranking systems
Strong intuition for data quality and evaluation design in recommendation contexts (offline metrics, A/B testing, business metric alignment)
Experience with large-scale data pipelines for user interaction data and feature engineering
Proficiency in Python and PyTorch with autonomous coding and debugging ability
Nice-to-have:
Experience with transformer-based recommendation architectures (HSTU, SASRec, BERT4Rec, or similar)
Experience delivering recommendation systems to external customers with measurable business outcomes
Familiarity with serving recommendation models under latency and throughput constraints
Independently owns and delivers enterprise recommendation system engagements with minimal oversight
Is trusted by customers as the technical owner, demonstrating strong judgment on the tradeoffs between model quality, latency, and business impact
Has built reusable applied workflows or tooling that accelerate future customer engagements
Real ML work: You will build and adapt large-scale recommendation models for enterprise customers, working with frontier architectures like HSTU under real production constraints.
Compensation: Competitive base salary with equity in a unicorn-stage company
Health: We pay 100% of medical, dental, and vision premiums for employees and dependents
Financial: 401(k) matching up to 4% of base pay
Time Off: Unlimited PTO plus company-wide Refill Days throughout the year
Designs, builds, and maintains automated workflows and integrations connecting ERP systems with external platforms and data sources to optimize business processes.
We are looking for an experienced Integration professional to join our ERP Integrations team. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and business impact â from day one, your work will have visible, measurable results: reducing manual effort across teams, speeding up key business processes, and enabling Bolt to scale without adding operational complexity.
About usWith over 200 million customers in 50+ countries, Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa. And itâs all thanks to our people.
We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars, and we need your help to achieve this mission!
About the roleAs an ERP Integrations Analyst, you will design, build, and maintain automated workflows and integrations that connect our ERP and internal systems with external platforms, data sources, and third-party tools. You will work closely with Finance, IT, and People Tech teams to translate business needs into reliable, scalable solutions â and you will own these integrations end to end.
This is a hands-on role where you will be co-owning a significant part of the ERP platform, focusing on external integrations. Aside from your primary duties, you will also provide required support on custom reporting, data management, global tenant settings, and security.
Main tasks and responsibilities:Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you donât tick every box, please consider applying!

Use AI agents and automation tools daily to manage founder operations, optimize workflows, and build AI-enabled systems that scale organizational productivity.
Radicle Science is seeking an exceptional, AI-native Associate Chief of Staff to serve as a force multiplier to Co-Founders Pelin Thorogood and Dr. Jeff Chen.
This is a high-leverage, founder-facing role designed for a high-ceiling operator ready to grow into strategic leadership as Radicle scales. You may come from an executive assistant, executive operations, founder associate, project management, or operations background. This is not a traditional administrative role â it blends executive operations, founder leverage, project coordination, AI-enabled systems building, and strategic follow-through.
The right person thrives in dynamic environments, brings order to complexity, and moves with urgency, judgment, and creativity. After meetings, you've already reviewed the notes, identified priorities, drafted follow-ups, updated trackers, and moved the work forward â without being asked.
This role is built for the AI era. You will use agentic AI â Claude, ChatGPT, workflow automation, and emerging tools â not as a nice-to-have, but as your core operating system. You'll be expected to 10x your own output through AI and help build the operational infrastructure that lets Radicle move faster than companies 10x our size. If you're not already experimenting with AI agents, automations, and LLM-powered workflows in your daily work, this role is probably not for you.
WHAT YOUâÂÂLL DO: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFounder Leverage & Executive OperationsThis is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with a company recognized by Inc. 5000 as one of AmericaâÂÂs fastest-growing companies and by Fast Company as a âÂÂWorld Changing Ideaâ and âÂÂMost Innovative Workplace.âÂÂ
WeâÂÂre looking for someone who sees this role not as a job, but as a launchpad â someone who wants to grow alongside a company building something that will permanently alter the course of health and wellness for all future generations.
You are highly proactive, exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, dependable, polished, calm under pressure, creatively resourceful, and energized by getting things done.
You love being at the center of the action, connecting dots, anticipating needs, creating clarity, and helping high-impact leaders move faster and better.
This is not a traditional corporate Chief of Staff role where the work is primarily strategy decks and executive advising from a distance. It is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you may move from drafting a board follow-up, to preparing a founder for an investor meeting, to cleaning up a messy workflow, to coordinating a leadership offsite â sometimes in the same day.
This is a remote-first role with flexibility, with a strong preference for candidates based on the West Coast, ideally in Southern California. The person in this role must be able to work West Coast hours and travel to San Diego approximately 4âÂÂ6 times per year for company meetings, leadership sessions, and other key in-person gatherings.
If you are looking for a predictable 8âÂÂ5 role with static responsibilities, this is probably not the right fit. If you are excited by speed, mission, trust, variety, AI-enabled leverage, and the opportunity to grow with a category-defining company, this could be an extraordinary role.
Radicle Science is a healthtech pioneer named Fast Company "World Changing Idea" for creating the future of proven, precision wellness. We fuse AI, consumer science, and decentralized trials to generate unprecedented data at speed and scale. Our fully automated, vertically integrated platform enables clients to build portfolios of patentable, proven, precision wellness formulas â trusted by consumers, retailers, regulators, healthcare providers, and AI models.
Our 10-year vision: A world where 1 billion people dramatically improve their health every day with precision wellness solutions proven by Radicle Science.
CultureWe seek Rebels With a Cause â team members who are both a skill fit and a values fit. Our core values:
Radicle is a team of 35+ Rebels, co-founded in 2020 by Pelin Thorogood, M.Eng/MBA (tech founder, INC 200 Female Founder, Trustee & Vice Chair of UCSD Foundation) and Dr. Jeff Chen, MD/MBA (physician-scientist, founded and led UCLA's natural products research center). Advisors include Peter Diamandis (Fortune "50 Greatest World Leaders"), Dr. Jonathan Fielding (UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, White House Advisor), and Pamela Harbour (former FTC Commissioner).
The work will be hard â but if we succeed, we will permanently alter the course of health and wellness for all future generations.
