Where does this role fit in?
As a Senior Talent Partner, you will be responsible for recruiting for our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams across the US & EMEA. We’re looking for a Staff HR Business Partner to build and own the people strategy for Snorkel’s Data as a Service (DaaS) organization. The DaaS org is a delivery-first team that has more than tripled in size over the last six months, with no signs of slowing. They deliver high-quality data operations and AI deployment outcomes for frontier labs and AI teams.
This org has a unique composition: forward deployed engineers, technical and operations delivery managers, a supply team managing a workforce comprised of multiple worker types at scale, and others. Our client is looking for a solution-oriented, proactive, and highly reliable Senior HR Generalist to support their growing team, with a strong emphasis on US recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. This role requires close collaboration with the Operations team, and is ideal for someone with experience in restaurant or retail environments and corporate recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for both field and corporate roles. Recruiting experience in the restaurant or retail industry is a huge plus.
Facilitate onboarding processes, including I-9 compliance and new hire documentation
Communicate regularly with Operations to align staffing needs and onboarding timelines
Maintain accurate records in HRIS and applicant tracking systems

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations to design, implement, and optimize the infrastructure and processes that drive our global talent acquisition function. As a Senior Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to the TA leadership team and broader People team, focusing on process excellence, system optimization, and data integrity to enhance Braze’s talent strategy. You will be an expert in TA technology, compliance, and developing scalable, efficient processes. You are highly skilled in utilizing data to drive operational insights and solutions.

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $111,000 and $167,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $125,000 and $188,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.

Are you energized by the challenge of running excellent day-to-day People Operations that shape the employee experience? We’re looking for a Senior People Operations Specialist to join our People Operations team in France. This is an exciting role for someone who can manage the full employee lifecycle, partner with employees, and take ownership of key People programs. You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for our France-based population while collaborating with a global team to deliver consistent, compliant, and human-centered experiences.
Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for France — including onboarding, contract management, internal transfers, leaves, and offboarding, ensuring every touchpoint is timely, accurate, and aligned with French labor law (Code du travail, conventions collectives).
Serve as the primary point of contact for France-based employees and managers, providing clear, empathetic guidance on People Operations policies, programs, and processes.
Manage all leave of absence cases (maternité, paternité, parental, congé maladie, RTT, sabbatical) end-to-end, partnering with médecine du travail, managers, and external providers to ensure compliant, supportive employee experiences.
Maintain Workday data integrity for the France population, processing employee transactions and partnering with People Technology on system enhancements, audits, and reporting.
Partner with Payroll (internal and external providers) to ensure accurate, on-time monthly payroll inputs, including variable pay, absences, and statutory contributions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance, and IT to deliver consistent processes and a seamless employee experience across the EMEA region.
Stay current on French employment law, social security regulations, and HR best practices;Â proactively flagging risks, recommending policy updates, and serving as the in-house subject matter expert on France.
Identify and lead process improvements, with a focus on automation, ticket deflection, and self-service, and using data from Jira, Workday, and other systems to prioritize what to fix next.
Contribute to broader People Operations projects across EMEA and globally, including M&A integrations, entity changes, mobility cases, and program rollouts.
4+ years of progressive experience in HR / People Operations, with deep, hands-on expertise in French labor law, social security, and payroll inputs. Experience supporting other EMEA countries is a strong plus.
Demonstrated experience managing leaves of absence, accommodations, benefits programs, and employee lifecycle events independently and end-to-end

What You’ll Do:
